Mobile check-in app

Promptside provides a mobile application for the limited purposes of scanning tickets and ‘checking in’ attendees at an event.

The check-in app does not collect any personally identifying information. Basic information about your device (such as device model, operating system version, and IP address) may be collected automatically when the app communicates with Promptside servers. Anonymous usage statistics (how often you use the app, and the popularity of individual features) may also be collected.

Any information collected is not shared with third parties, and is used only by Promptside:

• to fullfill the technical requirements to provide the service
• to diagnose and resolve faults
• to make business decisions about features and platforms to support
